Terms of Service - Leadinka

1. Introductory provisions

These Terms of Service (hereinafter the "Terms") govern the rights and obligations between Offcon s.r.o., Company ID: 23028050, with registered office at Jičínská 1748/5, Vinohrady, 130 00 Praha 3, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, file no. C 420223 (hereinafter the "Provider") and the user of the Leadinka online service (hereinafter the "User").

The Provider operates the Leadinka brand — a SaaS platform for lead management and marketing campaign optimization, available at app.leadinka.cz and at leadinka.cz (hereinafter the "Service").

2. Registration and user account

Registration is required to use the Service. The User agrees to provide truthful and up-to-date information. Accounts are non-transferable. The Provider may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Pricing and payment terms

Basic CRM is provided free of charge. Paid modules are activated manually by the User and billed at the frequency and rate shown in the application at the time of activation. The current price list is available after login.

Upon registration, the User is entitled to a 30-day free trial without providing a payment card. After the trial period ends, the Service may continue to be used within the scope of free basic CRM.

4. Term and termination

Subscriptions to paid modules may be cancelled at any time through the application interface. The active billing period always runs to completion. After termination, the User retains access to free basic CRM.

5. Processing of personal data

The Provider processes the User's personal data and their leads' data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the terms set out in the Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

6. User rights and obligations

The User agrees not to misuse the Service, not to submit unlawful content, not to infringe third-party rights, and to comply with applicable laws of the Czech Republic and the EU, including the GDPR.

7. Liability and limitations

The Service is provided "as is". The Provider is not liable for availability interruptions caused by third parties (cloud providers, advertising platforms) or for the User's marketing campaign results. The Provider's liability is limited to the amount of subscription fees paid in the last 12 months.

8. Changes to the Terms

The Provider may update the Terms. Material changes will be communicated to the User by email at least 30 days in advance.

9. Final provisions

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the court with subject-matter and local jurisdiction in the Czech Republic.
