Meta (Facebook) Data Deletion

1. Introduction

This page explains how to request deletion of data that the Leadinka application (operated by Offcon s.r.o.) received from Meta (Facebook) in connection with Facebook Lead Ads integration and related services.

Leadinka does not use Facebook Login for CRM sign-in. You sign in with email and password. Meta OAuth is used only to voluntarily connect your Facebook page to a project in CRM.

2. What Meta data we store

When you connect a Facebook account, Leadinka may store in particular:

  • OAuth access tokens and page access tokens (to sync leads and send conversions),
  • Facebook page IDs and Lead Ads form IDs selected in the project,
  • leads from Lead Ads forms (name, email, phone, form answers, campaign metadata),
  • optionally Facebook Pixel ID entered in project settings.

3. CRM user – you connected a Facebook page

If you connected a Facebook account to your project in Leadinka, you can delete Meta-related data as follows:

A) Disconnect Facebook (recommended first step)

  1. Sign in to CRM at http://app.leadinka.cz/login.
  2. Open the Facebook Lead Ads module (http://app.leadinka.cz/facebook-lead-ads).
  3. Click Disconnect.

This removes stored Meta access tokens, page tokens, and page connections from the project. New Facebook leads will no longer sync into this project.

B) Revoke access on Meta's side

  1. Sign in to Facebook and open Settings → Apps and websites.
  2. Find the Leadinka app and choose Remove or Revoke permissions.

C) Delete imported leads or the entire CRM account

You can delete Facebook-imported leads manually in the app (if you have access). For bulk deletion of project data or your entire user account, contact us at admin@leadinka.cz.

Include the email you use in Leadinka and your project name.

4. Person who submitted a Lead Ads form

If you filled in an ad form on Facebook and your data ended up in the CRM of a company using Leadinka, that company is the controller of your data (Leadinka customer), not Leadinka itself.

Submit access, correction, or erasure requests primarily to the form operator (the company you contacted). If you are unsure who to contact, email admin@leadinka.cz and we will help you reach the correct controller.

5. Processing time

We process deletion requests without undue delay, within 30 days of receiving a verifiable request. Disconnecting Facebook in the app takes effect immediately when you click Disconnect.
