Leadinka is a SaaS solution that allows businesses to manage contacts and leads from Facebook Lead Ads. This Privacy Policy explains how YourCRM collects, uses, and protects personal data obtained through Facebook integration.
1. Data We Collect
When a user logs in via Facebook OAuth, YourCRM may receive the following data from their Facebook Lead Ads forms:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Other information submitted by the user in the Facebook Lead Ads form
2. Purpose of Processing
These data are used exclusively for CRM purposes:
- Managing contacts and leads in Leadinka
- Automatically adding leads to the user's database
- Facilitating communication between the company and contacts (if permitted in the form)
Leadinka does not share this data with third parties, except as required for processing (Facebook API and YourCRM operations).
3. Access via Facebook
Users log in to Facebook through the YourCRM App and grant consent for access to their Facebook Lead Ads data.
Tokens obtained via OAuth are stored securely on Leadinka servers and are used solely for retrieving leads.
Facebook webhooks ensure that new leads are automatically added to the CRM.
4. User Rights
Users can revoke access to their Facebook page at any time via Leadinka settings.
Users have the right to request deletion or export of their leads in accordance with GDPR.
5. Security
YourCRM uses HTTPS encrypted connections and secure storage for tokens and data. Access is restricted to authorized systems only.
